Ground Beef
1 lb. Package Bulk Ground Beef

Bedient Farms' ground beef is 100% good beef.  No fillers whatsoever.  Given the nature of our finished chuck and rounds that are used for grinding, the burger is lean enough to not cook down, yet has a consistency that will hold together when making patties, meatballs etc.  Again, keep in mind, this ground beef is nothing but good beef, no fillers, no trimmings ground in for fat, just good healthy beef!

Stew Beef

All stew beef comes in 1 to 1.5 lb. packages and is cubed into approximately 1 by 2 inch pieces.  This product is lean enough to not create excess fat in a stew dish, but has enough marbling to allow you to marinate and grill as skewer meat or cook quick for a last minute stew.
