Chopper Bedient (Farm Hand)

Chopper is my right hand man around the farm.

Angela Bedient (Owner/Operator)

Angela Bedient took sole ownership of Bedient Farms in 2006.  Since then she has been dedicated to producing beef for direct-to-consumer purposes.  She has expanded in many directions in order to provide beef that is 100% free of hormones and antibiotics, and that is raised on a primarily grass-based diet.  Angela takes great pride in raising healthy beef animals that are good mothers and efficient beef producers.  She is very dedicated to providing the public with a healthy food source at an affordable price, so spends a lot of her time working on making her farm operation more efficient and sustainable. 

Angela holds an Associates degree in Forest Technology, from the SUNY ESF Ranger School in Wanakena, NY.  She performs work as a forest consultant, giving landowners advice on managing their woodlots and forest resources.  She also enjoys hiking and hunting in her 'spare' time.
