Half Beef $1000-$1125 (Approx. 225 lbs. Meat)
Mixed Quarter $500-$550 (Approx. 110 lbs. Meat)
WITH THIS OPTION YOU ARE PURCHASING A WHOLE, HALF or QUARTER CARCASS and YOU WILL FILL OUT A CUTTING INSTRUCTION SHEET INDICATING EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD LIKE IT CUT.
EXAMPLES; WHICH STEAKS, THICKNESS OF STEAKS, WEIGHT OF ROASTS, BULK GROUND BEEF, PATTIES, ETC.
THE AMOUNT OF MEAT THAT GOES INTO YOUR FREEZER WILL DEPEND ON HOW YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE IT CUT.
